Refund Policy

In the unfortunate circumstance that the event will have to be cancelled/rescheduled you will receive the same value ticket for another alternative event held by Penthouse Events.

If the named performer(s) is no longer able to perform for the event another suitable act will be used.

Please note once tickets are purchased for an event, they are non refundable unless Penthouse Events needs to change the event date.

Event Filming & Photography

A photographer will attend all events held by Penthouse Events UK.

The photographer will be filming parts of the event, capturing moments from it and also taking photos of our guests with celebrities (if included in your ticket tier).

The images and videos will be used on Penthouse Events UK social media channels and website.

If you are attending an event and do not wish for your image to be used on Penthouse Events UK social media channels and website, please inform the company via the following email address, no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.
